Spacious room and clean bathroom with a shower, a bidet, and slippers. Good location really close to everything with views of the ocean. Not far from the subway lines and local train lines as well as Kobe Chinatown...

The staff was absolutely kind and incredibly nice. I greatly enjoyed the way our clean room with a well-arranged kitchen was arranged. - A train station was not far from the place.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was nice, the location was magnificent adjacent to a Lawson's convenience store, which is right next to a shopping street and Hostel Anchorage. The room was spotless and wonderful, I had facilities I needed. Climate control and an individual safe worked well. The staff was friendly, helped a lot: D

On a positive note, the location of the hostel was convenient and easily accessible. It was a short walk to the train station and there were plenty of food options and shops in the vicinity. Additionally, the beds were surprisingly spacious and provided enough room for personal belongings. However, these few positives were overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the restrictive atmosphere created by the excessive rules and lack of customer care.

My Xmas stay at this hostel was not what I expected. The staff were lacking in hospitality and the rules and regulations made it feel more like a military camp than a hostel.

The owner of the hostel was really friendly and helpful, providing me with guidance on travel routes, fares, and local attractions. The hostel had a good atmosphere for socializing.

The dormitory room I stayed in was a bit hot at night. However, they had fans available in the room which helped to some extent.
